Warranty extension up to 6 years

This warranty extension extends the warranty, under the same terms as the manufacturer's, up to 6 years for personal purchases and up to 3 years for purchases of goods for professional or business use.

It can be purchased for all types of products in the WHITE, GREY, AND BROWN RANGE, except for mobile phones. If you have any questions, please contact us.

* It covers the same breakdowns as the original manufacturer's warranty, after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

* The insurance company will collect the item and repair it at the authorized technical services.

* If it needs to be replaced, it will be replaced with one of similar characteristics.

* The warranty extension can be purchased for devices worth up to €5,000.

* Payment of the single insurance premium.

Example: I purchased a €599 Smartwatch on January 11, 2025. Before January 11, 2026, I can purchase the EX-GAR1000 Warranty up to €1,000, and my 3-year warranty until January 11, 2028 will be extended until January 11, 2031. Starting January 11, 2028, this insurance will cover breakdowns.

Purchase Requirements:

* It can be purchased within the first year from the date of purchase of the equipment, and there must always be 6 months of the original warranty remaining.

* Remanufactured products are accepted.

* A purchase invoice is required to cover the claim. It must be in the name of the policyholder.

To purchase the policy, you will receive an email requesting the following information:

* Product make and model

* Serial number

* Purchase date

* Purchase receipt/invoice amount

* Policyholder's full name

* Policyholder's ID or CIF (Tax Identification Number)

* Contact phone number and email address

This extension warranty is only valid in Spain to provide the service.
